Simon has over 15 years experience in the landscape industry. As Owner of CURBappeal, Simon has established a reputation for creating timeless landscapes utilizing classic principles. Focusing on the high-end residential client, Simon has established CURBappeal as a leader in the landscape industry for the Middle Tennessee market.
Simon is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he received at Bachelor’s degree in Arts. Simon, his wife, and three children reside in Franklin, TN. He is an avid cyclist and enjoys numerous outdoor activities.

NELSON BYRD {VP OF SALES, ASLA LANDSCAPE DESIGNER}
Nelson grew up in Pearl, Mississippi before graduating from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and moving to Franklin, TN. Nelson established himself as a landscape designer while working for Southern Land Company and designing in Westhaven, one of the South’s most highly awarded communities. Nelson brings design creativity and diversity to CURBappeal and works with all ranges of clients.
Nelson and his wife reside in Franklin, TN. They enjoy traveling, exercising, and other outdoor activities.
